They have amazing physical features. They can travel on difficult paths. In terms of intelligence, they have a very good memory too. Unfortunately, you cannot just bring any animal during your training. Look for a breed that is suitable enough for it. This is not just your fight. It is their fight too.

At least, if you lack the passion, you better give it a rest while it is still early. However, if you think that you can overcome any obstacles that might come your way, even if it means death, this field would absolutely welcome your participation. As an SAR certified, you would be given various tasks and obligations.

Therefore, even if you are doing it while attending your regular job, everything is just fine. Just remember to bring a physically fit dog. Never buy one from a regular pet shop. Before their deals attract you, look for a certificate. Make sure to get a certificate issued by its veteran. If they cannot provide you such detail, you better look for another channel.

For your dogs, make sure to acquire them from an excellent dealer, preferably, from those companies who are highly engaged in this kind of industry. Be ready to take the challenge. Of course, if possible, try not to push yourself too hard. You should be physically and mentally prepared. Regardless how skilled you might be during the training session, your level of confidence might not be the same during the real deal.

Aside from having an excellent pet, ask yourself how prepared you could be. You are the true leader of this venture. Training is one thing. The reality is different. There are lots of times when your own safety will be placed into grave dangers. You would never know or guess what will occur while you are doing field works. You might get lost. You might get injured. Worst of all, you might die. These are few of the possibilities. Think once again. You must muster the courage to face it.
